TEAM 23 is a creative agency that reached out to me to develop their portfolio website. Creative direction and design was handled by the studio. The project unfolded in two distinct phases. The first was building an ambitious interactive homepage: a high-energy opening experience combining video, 3D models, and a physics engine. The goal was to signal their avant-garde sensibility before diving into more conventional portfolio territory.

For the second phase, I brought in my friend and collaborator Guido La Rosa to co-develop the portfolio itself. Together we built a highly unconventional navigation system with a lot of creative touches, always weighing ambition against real-world performance constraints. I provided consultation throughout to ensure feasibility, keeping the site running smoothly without sacrificing the client's vision. The CMS was custom-built in Sanity.
