Website development for Take Flight. Creative direction and design were handled by Playhouse. The main challenge was translating the brand's 3D logo into something viable for the web: performant, mobile-friendly, and still visually rich. The solution was a mouse-driven animation that carries a sense of controlled chaos — until the cursor approaches the center, where everything resolves and converges into the logo, inviting the user to begin their journey through the site.

Working with Playhouse was genuinely stimulating. Their proposals were consistently innovative and pushed me to think carefully about feasibility: unconventional grids, soft edge fades, overlapping animations, and video-blended elements all had to hold up as a scalable system rather than one-off tricks. I provided consultation throughout to keep the build performant without sacrificing the studio's vision. The CMS was custom-built in Sanity.
